You can take a flight from your country to Shanghai. Upon arrival at the airport, take the shuttle bus line 5 to Shanghai Railway Station. Then walk to the nearby General Long-distance bus station, where you can take a bus to Yangzhou. The bus fare is CNY93. There are a lot of buses available, so you can catch one easily upon arrival at the bus station.0
