The closest station from your hotel should be Urban Planning Exhibition Center, around 4km away. You can take a taxi to arrive within 8min. Or take subway line 2 from Jing'an Temple station to People's Sqaure station. Leave exit 2 and walk there in around 5min. As long as you find the sightseeing bus, board the bus and get a ticket directly from the driver.
