About:China Visa Application in USA

How do I specify that I'd like a China visa valid for ten years with multiple entries?

$140 person is a lot of money. Where do I specify that I'd like to apply for ten years multiple entry?

Kim, you just need to check other at 2.2 section and then specify "multiple entries valid for 10 years from the date of issue". Then the consulate officers will understand what type you are going to apply.
