About:Shenzhen Maps

Does anyone know where the village of Da Shui Tian is located in ShenZhen? And how to get there?

You must refer to Da Shui Tian Industrial District, right?
From downtown area, you can take bus no. 312, m243, m258, m288, m289 or m339 to get to Da Shui Tian Industrial District directly.
Or you can provide your exact location. Then I can give you the detailed information.

Charles, thank you for replying. I do not have any specific address or location. My father was born in Da Shui Tian in 1902 and left China in 1914. I would like to visit the village or district when I am in Shenzhen in September. I understand that the village is now part of the city but I have been told that much of the village has been preserved and still has a residential area. Any additional information that you can give me about the village/district would be appreciated. Thank you.

Well, as I know, that area haven't been developed a lot nowadays. You can still see the beautiful natural scenery and simple country life. You can go to the village by yourself. And see whether if you can find the past marks. :-)
