Well, there is no direct bus that run between these two places.
You need to take a ferry at Macao Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. The schedules are 07:00 to 23:59 with the interval of 15 mins. It takes around 55 mins on the way.
The ticket fare is 150 to 180 HKD per person.0
