About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

If I'm with an x1 visa do I need physical examination for my temporary resident permit and how long?

Dura, if your stay in PRC is more than one year, you are required to do thephysical examination. You can download the form from this website or the website of Chinese embassy in your country and then dy the check at local hospitals. The result has to be notarized at local notary, authenticated by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then authenticated by Chinese embassy.
