Well, you can take the first G train (06:10) to arrive at Shanghai Railway Station at 07: 36. As it is the morning peak time, it is suggested to travel by subway after, altough you need to transfer twice. First, take subway line 1 to People's Sqaure, then change to line 2 to Longyang Rod, then line 2 east extention line  to the airport. The subway ride takes about one hour and 40 minutes on the way. Actually, you can take direct shuttle bus at Wulinmen Square Ticket Office, and go to the airport directly. The bus schedules are 05:30, 06:10, 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00. The duration is about 3.5 hours. In the case, you need to take the first one.
