How to access/leave Changshou Mountain Scenic Area (as the beginning/ end of the Jiaoshan great wall section) by public transport?

Sats, you can take cable car from Qixian Temple on Jiaoshan to Changshou Mountain. According to some other travellers, the cable car might be stopped sometimes. If so, then you need to hike from JIaoshan to Sandaoguan and then you can reach Changshou Mountain. It takes several hours.
