Travel permit to HK for Chinese national

My Chinese friend is supposed to come along with me in Hong Kong but on her travel permit (港澳通行证) it is written group travel (团队旅游(L)).

Where she lives they don't give single traveller permit ...so how to actually get in Hong Kong with this visa as we do not plan to follow a travel agency tour but travel on our own !

Thanks for any help!!

Laurent, that's not a problem. Just find some agents online. They can form up a "group tour" and help you get through the immigration. After you reach HK, you can do your own trip. Their job is done. Such agents can be easily found online. If you are worried, you can go to the border and find travel agents at scene.
