Adding pages to my current passport?

I have no pages left in my current passport, which is still valid until 2017. I live in Wuhan and would like to know how I can apply for additional pages. This would be the first time doing so.

Dean, as many countries do not add pages to passport now, I'm not sure whether it is the same case in your country. You need to first confirm this with the embassy in Beijing. The contact information is as follows:
