but after I finish this 14days is it possible to exit Macau? the return back to HK at the same day?how many days they can give again?

Yes, you can exit from Hong Kong to Macau and then back to HK on the same day, but you cannot do this too frequently. When you enter HK again, they will give you another 14 days.
