My chinese fiances mother holds her papers, fiance is 24 yrs old, how can she obtain her papers so can get married and apply for visa to travel from China to US.

Dwight, I think you two should do your best to get the permission from her parents. A marriage without your families' blessings isn't a successful marriage. There are many ways to get the papers. But I think you should finally make her mom give the paper to your girlfriend willingly unless you both never return to see her parents. If you really did this, could you imagine how heartbroken her parents are?
