About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72-hour VISA, Is it okay?

Hi!
I'm from Slovenia and I am flying from Viennam to Beijing where I would like to stay for less than 72hours and after that I am flying to Manila, Philippines.
And also can I go to the Great Wall of China while in Beijing?
