About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

where we can Filipinos be able to obtain Chinese tourist visa? except to our home country?

currently i'm in HK as Tourist.

Pong, it's hard to apply from HK because you are not resident there. Perhaps agencies can help you to get it. You can also try to apply from other developed countries.
