Hi, this attraction is plesant for travel throughout the year to be a good place to escape from summer heat and enjoy beautiful rime and snowfall. It rains a lot during Oct. and next Feb. and typhoon may happen between Aug. and Sep.
You can hire a car for a visit. Or take a direct bus at Yilan Bus Station. Only one bus operates on weekends. It leaves at 09:25 and gets back at 15:30.0
