Hi,I'm holding Vietnamese passport and currently living in Australia. I have applied the travelling visa for 4 weeks. I called to Consulate General of China in Melbourne today and they said it has not been approved. As I will travel to Japan next week, and then flight to Hong Kong after that with my boyfriend. So who should I contact with to ask about my visa processing and can explain my situation? I called the Consulate General of China in Melbourne before but the lady couldn't give me any ideas and hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation.

Linh, you are applying for the HK entry permit, right? If yes, you should get contact with the Hong Kong Immigration Department. You can call the number (852) 3160 8663 to inquire the application processing status.
