About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Flight cancelled !

Hi i was studying in China with a X2 type that only allowed me 1 entry and 1 exit.
I went to Japan last week and came back 10 of July, i applied for a 72-hour free transit to pickup my things and today 12 July I was supposed to have my connection flight back to Mexico.
Because of the Typhoon that was in the city, my airline called me yesterday to inform me that my flight was cancelled because of the weather. They aren't allowed to resume activities until 14 and the best they can offer me is a protection flight until July 26.
My visa will expire tomorrow July 13 and i don't have any information of who should i report that i would not be able to make the connection in order to avoid problems with migration office.
Thanks, Irving.

Irving, you should go to the nearest PSB to apply for a visa. Otherwise, you will overstay in China.
