Private car/taxi Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang to Zhangjiaje

Hi, perhaps this was asked before, but can you tell me where we can book a private car for 2 passengers for ZJJ to Fenghuang and then back to Zhangjiajie Airport? How much would this cost and how long will the travel take? an you provide quotation? Are taxis cheaper and are they more accessible? Thanks
