Requirement for applying visa if i'm not flying back from china

I'm Malaysian. i will be going to China changsha on October this year then continuing my journey to Macau. I planned to back Malaysia from Macau. It is possible for me to apply for China entry permit as it needs roundtrip ticket. I only have a ticket to China, as the ship ticket from china to Macau will be buying on the spots.

Gee, you can apply for the China entry permit. The ticket from Macau to Malaysia can be used as the return ticket and you can explain it on the application form.
