apply for japan visa from shandong province

i am living in Rizhao city shandong province ,i want to apply japan traveler type. may i know here they had appointed any agencies which they can collect documents from me ?

Warraich, are you a foreigner? If so, you need to provide your long-term resident permit, such as Z type to apply. This is a travel agency that has been appointed by the Japanese embassy. You may call them and ask if they can help you apply.
