About:China Student Visa

Is it possible to applt visa frm other country whose resident permit i have but not the citizen

I have got an admission from chinese medical school from wuhan. But now m married to a mauritian n at present im in mauritius. Can i apply from mauritius itself after gettjng resident permit or i have to go back to india to apply?

According to what you said, you planned to apply for X1 type with duration of stay more than 180 days, right? If so, I am afraid that you may not be able to apply if you don't have long-term residence permit in Mauritius. Anyway, contact or visit Chinese embassy there confirm this. If they say no, then you have no choice but get back to India to apply.

il be getting spouse type and the resident permit for two years thn i have to renew it. Yes once il get the permit in hard copy il surely gonna visit chinese embassy.
