About:China Tourist Visa

Can I apply for a tourist Chinese visa while visiting Hong Kong being a Belgian national?

Damien, it is possible to get one at the Commisioner Office of PRC Foreign Affairs Ministry, but it's required that only foreigners who have residence permit in Hong Kong can apply from this office. Therefore, if you don't have Hong Kong residency, perhaps you have to get the mainland entry permit through an agency.
