About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Definition of 72 hours. Does someone know the answer for these question?

My flight arrives on Friday at 6:00 AM and I´ll be leaving on Monday at 2:00 AM. Actually I´ll stay less than 72 hours. Do they count exactly the hours or do they count Friday, Sat., Sun. and Monday (in these situation I would stay more then 72 hours). Thanks, Daniel

If you transit in Beijing, the 72 hours count from the time you have gone through all formalities at the aiport to the departure time. If you transit in other cities, the 72 hours are calculated from the 00:00 of the next day after your arrival.
