will resubmitting of visa permitted without delay

Question

Dear Sir, I have applied through travel agent to participate for a Award ceremony of my child, but my agent said that the embassy reject my application even though submit all relevant documents except chinese bureau red seal. and they can not do it. so I have contact another agent and they told me if the embassy keep tow three days and  recorded my passport it is very difficult submit again and they will asked to wait longer days to re submit the documents. if I get the Read seal from Chines government, can I resubmit the document and will they provided me the entry permit which my son could participate for the award ceremony.

Handun, in principle, you should wait for three months to reapply after your application is rejected. However, it's still possible to submit the application recently. You need to consult this at the embassy.
