Yes. There are regular buses available from Kashgar to Hetian. The bus fare is around CNY100 and the journey takes about 6 hours. There are several bus terminals in Kashgar, you can take the bus at Kashgar Long-Distance Bus Terminal, the address is No. 51 PaHeTaBaZha South Road (In Chinese: 喀什地区客运总站，帕合塔巴扎南路51).
