About:Chinese Embassy in Syria

I'm planing to go for visitor visa to China do i need to go back home to apply?

I am currently In South Korea.

If you don't have the Korean ARC (Alien Registration Card), you may need to go back to your home country to apply.

I do have ARC and it its valid over 6 month. Thank you
