Fastest way to Hong Kong Disneyland from Dongguan?

My family and I will be in DG City soon and we have plans to spend a weekend in Hong Kong Disneyland (on Lantau Island) for our kids' birthdays. We have limited time, so we want to get there as quickly as possible. I think it's faster to go by ferry, arrive at HK International Airport and take one of the Disney coach buses, but I can't find much information about how to do this. Does anyone know? Or would a bus or some other way be faster?
