Any advise on how can I get a police certificate from Hongkong?

my husband is working here in alberta canada and is currently applying for permanent residency. I worked in HK for 2yrs and 9months, left last july 3, 2015 for a new job here in toronto. On that day we received the email from CIC requesting us to submit our police certificate. I cant get a police cert here in Toronto yet since I just arrived few days ago.
