EU pasport applying in Japan, Thailand or Korea for L visa

Hi,

I'm currently on a L in China. My plan is to go either to Japan, Korea or Thailand and apply for a new L for another 30 days.
I've 2 questions:
1) is this possible?
2) what country would be the most convenient/easiest?

tanx in advance for the reply
Gilles

Hey, it's possible to do so! Comparatively sepaking, I personally think Thailnd will be the best option. If you apply from South Korea, the ARC card is needed. Nevertheless, if you apply from Japan, you may need to use an agency to get the L type.
