According to the latest weather forecast, the typhoon Linfa will strick Tainan in the coming two days and Taipei would be more or less influenced. So on July 8, heavy rain happens in both cities. Be careful for outing! Despite that, it is still hot, so wear summer clothing (no dress or skirts in case of wind) and rain gear.
