I have come in China with a 1year M visa.

Hello sir/mam
My duration of each stay on 60 days after enter. I am doing my internship program in shanghai for 1 year. So I have to do to stay 1 year continuously

Sanjay, your duration of stay is 60 days. So you should exit every 60 days to make your M type valid for your next stay. It actually not a big issue. You just need to vist HK or Macau every 60 days to activiate your next duration.
