Z Type Visa, 1 year multiple-entry Cost and Process

I need to apply for my work visa (Z - 1 year), as I will be moving to China in August for work. What is the cost for the 1 year Z visa, and what documents are required; additionally what is the expected time frame that I could expect for my visa to be finalized and approved.
