How is the weather for month of October? Is it a good time to travel?

According to the previous weather statistics, the temperature of that month is 40 F to 61 F.
It mainly contains sunny days. But it's a little bit cold. You need to bring jackets, T-shirts and jeans.
In general, July and August are best time to visit Inner Mongolia, when the land is green and Nadam Fairs are held.0

Can we still go in October? Any more yurts around? If we dont stay at yurts... can we stay at hotels then visit the place during the day? What is your recommendation? and which grassland best to visit ?0
