How is the weather for month of October? Is it a good time to travel?

According to the previous weather statistics, the temperature of that month is 40 F to 61 F.
It mainly contains sunny days. But it's a little bit cold. You need to bring jackets, T-shirts and jeans.
In general, July and August are best time to visit Inner Mongolia, when the land is green and Nadam Fairs are held.
