M visa query need cover letter format

Respected sir/madam,
I am from india and want to apply for M type and have arranged all documents like
1)Invitation letter
2)Passport and copy
3)Application form
4)Police clearance certificate.
Here i want cover letter format, is any other documents required for M type?.
Could you send me cover letter format on my id write2super@gmail.com

According to Chinese embassy, you should also provide an introduction letter of your unit or company, in which it should also include where you are going to visit, who invites you, address and contact information.

The embassy doesn't mention about the cover letter. Can you tell what it is?

Thank you mary for reply, I got word of cover letter.

I think introduction and cover letter both are same.
