What are baggage limits for China Shanghai Airlines for domestic flights?

I am flying from UK to Hong Kong and then home to UK from Shanghai but take two domestic flights in between. The long haul baggage limit is generous but I expect domestic flights are less so. I have found limits for China Eastern but China Shanghai Airlines do not say on their website.
