The latest bus that travels from Lianyungang East Train Station to Ganyu County?

I'm worried that my train might come in at 19:00 and the buses might have stopped.

Yes, Suxin Bus Station and Xinpu General Bus Station of this city both have one schedule at 18:30. You cannot catch it.
So you are suggested to take a taxi or hire a private car to get to. The fare is CNY 100 to 150 in the night.
