Shanghai Pudong Airport to Ningbo or Cixi City

I am going to settle down in Cixi City soon on a Job. I will be landing at Pudong airport with all my luggages. So I can't afford to go by an inter-city bus or by a train owing to the difficulties of carrying my luggage. I do not see a long distance coach from the airport to Cixi city or Ningbo from the airport info. I do not know Chinese. I checked some inter-city cab services with English speaking drivers. They cost me $450 which is quite on the higher side for me.

So I would like to know the best option to travel from Pudong airport to Cixi City (ONE WAY) considering my above situation.

Well, beside hiring a private car, actually no direct transportation can take you to Cixi.
Generally speaking, the fare is about CNY1,000-1,200 for the single trip.

If you still think that the price is high, you need to transfer. Upon landing, take airport shuttle bus line 7 to South Railway Station first.
Then walk to South Long-distance Bus Station and take a direct bus to Cixi. The ticket fare of the long-distance bus is CNY 90 per person.
