About:How to Travel between Hangzhou and Nearby Cities

Weekend Trip to Putuoshan Island

Hello,

I am planning a weekend trip to Putuoshan Island.
I would like to leave around 17:00 in Hangzhou. Is it possible to reach the island at this time and if yes how?
Is there a bus going directly also to the ferry?

I heard about Zhujiajian also. How to get there?

From 17:00, i'm afriad it will be a bit late. For the bus ride to Shenjiamen takes about 4 hours. You will arrive nearly at 21:00 or 22:00. You are suggested to stay near the Shenjiamen area for the night and take a ferry to Putuoshan in the next morning.

In HZ Jiubao Bus Station, take a bus to Shenjiamen. Then take a taxi or bus to Banshengdong port, where you can take a ferry to the destination.

As for how to go to Zhujiajian, after you arrive at the Shenjiamen Bus Station, you will find the direct shuttle buses to Zhujiajian. Take it.
