About:China Family Reunion Visa

Can I apply for the Q visa?

My mom is Chinese, she hold a Chinese Passport but is not living in China currently. My brother holds a X type and I plan to accompany him during his time in the university.

If your brother is Chinese citizen, you can apply for the Q type. If not, you should apply for the S type.

You can't get a Q type, you can apply for the S type.
