best to join tour group

DO YOU ADVICE SIGNING W/TOUR GROUP WHILE IN USA ,OR CAN WE JUST JOIN THE TOUR AS WE ARRIVE IN BEIJING ??

Hi, you are recommended to book a tour in us in advance to ensure everything will go well. Or it may be not easy to find a trustworthy tour and the price may be higher.
