About:China Business Visa

can i do business in shenzhen by just takes the business visa?

I wanna know abt the business trip to china,what kind of necessary requirement to takes while going there.I am taking business visa and want to invest money on electronic product and back sale in my native place.please guide abt the full tour exp.
