About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

How can I apply for the Hongkong SAR passport here in Toronto?

I hold a HK birth certificate, old HK ID card (not 3 star), old BNO.

You can go to the consulate in Toronto to apply for a new HKSAR passport. Meanwhile, you should apply for a new HK ID card too. You need to submit the requirements to the officers there. The officers will then send the application to Hong Kong for you. The requirements include: completed Hong Kong passport application form (ID843 for those above 16 and ID844 for those under 16); 4 passport photos; completed form ID853; original and photocopy of your HK ID card.
