How many days so I need to cover Shangrila. Tiger Leaping Gorge and LiJiang

Hello. I am planning to go to Yunnan in the next 3 weeks.
How many days should I allocate for SL and LiJiang?
Is hiking all the way to Haba worth it.
Should I go to the first band of the river. Is the bus from SL to LiJiang stop around the first band? Or do we have direct bus from the first band of the river to SL/LiJiang
