Luggage Deposit

We have a flight at midnight but we will be arriving at Beijing North railway in the morning. It would be a great hassle carrying our luggage around the city. So, we want to know if there's a place where we can leave our luggage at the train station before going to the airport? Hope anyone can answer this inquiry. Thank you!
