What subway to take from Forbidden City to Bird's Nest and Water Cube and back to hotel?

I want to go to Bird's Nest and Water Cube after visiting Forbidden City, what subway lines should i take? Also what subway lines to take from Water Cube back to Lucky Family Hostel?

1. From Forbidden City to Bird's Nest, you can take public bus no.5, get off at Gulou Station. Then walk to Shichahai Station and take subway line 8 to Olympic Sports Center Station, Exit B2. After that, walk north around 890 yards to arrive at the destination.

2. From Bird's Nest to Wate Cube, just walk west around 830 yards. Then you will find the Water Cube.

3. From the Water Cube to the hotel, take subway line 8, get to Beitucheng Station. Then take line 10 to Huixinxijie Nankou Station and line 5 to Zhangzizhong Road, Exit B. After that, walk northeast around 670 yards. :-)
