hi, iam planning to put up a food business this coming half of the year

i was born jun11,1969. a small store as starter selling takoyaki japanese food in a corner near hway in our village, what locations and it is a good venture for me to start if yes, when is the best time?

Yes, it is fine to start your own business this years. Things shall go well and you are likely to make a profit. It is best that your store facing eastwards if possible. The exact location is hard to tell, but do open it in the morning of a day, which is recommended to be set in mid of a month.
