How much time between arriving and leaving at the same station?

We would like to take a train from Zhangjiajie to Liuzhou and would arrive at 5.07 (scheduled).

As we need to go to Guilin, we need to take another one from Liuzhou to Guilin. We were wondering what would be the earliest time we should take the rail from Liuzhou to Guilin?

Do you think we could book the 06:21 one or should be book the 07:32 one?
