I am in China now and my visa expires on the 30th and I should be working on that day.

Hi,
The best flights for me to take are at night (otherwise long flights or very costly) , which means that I would need to buy a ticket for 1:30 am on the 31st. If I did that, would I get into trouble or not?

Ft, I don't think you will have a trouble. International flights usually require the passengers to check in in advance. So you can arrive the airport and go through the immigration before 00:00. Then you shouldn't have a problem.
