About:Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

Taxi in the early morning?

I need to catch a domestic flight at 6.35am. How many hours ahead should I reach the airport? And will there be taxis available in the city at that time? How much will they charge? Or is it possible to hire one from the hotel reception?

Well, generally speaking, it's suggested to arrive at the airport 1.5 to 2 hours in advance.
You can find a taxi in the city at that time. Don't worry. The cab fare is CNY 70 to 80. If you can provide the exact location, I can estimate the fare more accurate.
You can ask the staff of your hotel. See whether they provide hotel pick-up service or not; or drop an email to travel@travelchinaguide.com, I heard they offer airport drop off service.
