You can take subways from Tsim Sha Tsui Station and East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, and get to many popular scenic spots.From Macau to Guangzhou, you can pass the custom from Gongbei Port. Then Qiguan Bus Station and Zhonglv Bus Station have many coaches that can take you to Guangzhou directly. From HK to Macau, you can take the direct ferry at HK-Macau Ferry Terminal. The schedules are from  07:00 to 23:59 with the interval of around 15 mins. The duration is about 55 mins.
